Ordering

In a perfect world we would prefer at least three months notice for any of our wedding cakes to ensure we are able to obtain some of the components needed to create whichever wedding cake design you require.

We can however accomodate short notice orders if the date you want is still available.

Ordering is easy, we require a £50 deposit to secure your wedding date, please note that we work on a first come first serve basis and cannot reserve dates without a deposit being placed.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, so be 100% sure before placing and order, on occasion we have special offers of a low £20 deposit, this is usually implemented at wedding exhibitions.

As we don't want to carry large amounts of cash and to give our clients the oppertunity to book their wedding cake without the need to carry a lot of cash, we accept payments by most major credit/debit card over the phone and at wedding exhibitions.

Booking your wedding cake with a deposit doesn't mean you need to decide on the wedding cake design you want right away, nor do you need to decide on how many tier, flavours, colours etc, book with Cakes by Ann and you can decide all the details later, in fact you can change anything up to two weeks before your big day.
